1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using HerSizeHub (https://hersizehub.com), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this site.
2. Permitted Use & Sizing Tool Disclaimer
HerSizeHub provides interactive calculators and informational sizing tables for personal, non-commercial convenience. You acknowledge that clothing, footwear, and intimate apparel manufacturers employ proprietary sizing lasts and grading rules.
HerSizeHub does not guarantee that items purchased based on these calculator estimates will fit identically across all retail brands. Sizing recommendations serve as a professional starting point.
3. No Medical or Clinical Advice
The wellness and cycle tools (including the Period Calculator and Circadian Sleep Planner) provide mathematical estimates based on broad clinical averages. Nothing on HerSizeHub constitutes medical advice, clinical diagnosis, reproductive therapy, or contraceptive guidance. Users must consult a licensed physician or obstetrician/gynecologist regarding personal medical symptoms, menstrual irregularities, or fertility planning.
4. Intellectual Property
All proprietary calculator algorithms, written content, custom diagrams, design elements, and code on HerSizeHub are the exclusive property of HerSizeHub and protected under international copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction, automated scraping, or commercial resale is strictly prohibited.
